Tailored STEM Workshops for Early Learners and Children with Additional Needs
A Program That Adapts to Every Child
Build Up is a multi-sensory, hands-on learning experience designed for young learners in Kindy to Year 1. Each 60-minute session is tailored to meet the developmental needs of our youngest participants, using educational LEGO® activities to introduce STEM concepts in a fun, safe, and inclusive way.
This program is also ideal for children with additional needs. We adapt our enrichment activities to support a wide range of learning abilities, creating meaningful, engaging opportunities for every child to participate and succeed.

- Hearing impairment
- Limited mobility
- Pervasive developmental disorders (PDD)
- ADHD and other attention-related challenges

- Emphasis on confidence, independence, and creative thinking
We also deliver Build Up sessions voluntarily in rehabilitation and mental health hospitals as part of our commitment to inclusive education.

My 2 kids had a blast. 3 Lego builds in a day, they couldn’t get enough. My 10 year old enjoyed ‘modifying’ the build outside of the scripted instructions. Great way to encourage innovation. Keep that bit up!!

Our children had a great time and were able to explain the tasks and their projects to us very confidently when we arrived to pick them up. While we obviously didn’t see the whole day and progression of instruction by staff, it appeared there were elements of problem- based learning as well as foundational instruction and we liked this very much. We also liked the small, intimate nature of the group.
