Leanne brings over two decades of experience in operations, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement working in both the environmental and energy sectors. Leanne also holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and Master of Science from the University of Essex. Trent is a corporate leader with over 20 years of global experience in leadership, coaching, and learning.

We are thrilled with the opportunity to work along side parents and teachers to inspire Australia’s young minds to motivate, have fun and to grow. Our belief is “it is about how we teach and not what we teach”. Young Engineer’s unique curriculum of ‘edutainment’ introduces unconventional learning approach to help children build problem solving, creativity and out-of-the box thinking abilities – all crucial future skills.
