Scott and Za have been married for 25 years and have 2 wonderful adult sons that have been raised and educated in both Asia and Australia. Having lived in various locations including Malaysia, Vietnam and regional Australia before settling in the Northern suburbs of Sydney, they have experienced a wide diversity of culture and a range of educational experiences that are drawn upon to bring the most value to their students. Scott has a Bachelor Degree in Building and Project Management and has spent over 30 years in the building industry in Australia and Asia. A STEM practitioner with a love of kids and a passion to educate them has led Scott to lead this thriving program. Za is a qualified Child Care professional and has spent over a decade in child care centres and OOSH programs in Australia before her involvement in Young Engineers. A life of loving, caring and educating children means Za is in her natural environment within the Young Engineers program and ensures all our students maximise their experience whilst they attend our classes.
