STEM is Fun

Engineering & Robotics Camp are delivered by Young Engineers franchisees in the Perth metro and some regional centres. They are full of fun and packed with STEM learning. For many students, Engineering Camps is the only way to access our programs (if your school does not offer Young Engineers incursions or after-school club).

Frequently Asked Questions

Eligibility? Boys & girls, aged 6-13.
What to bring? Hat, water bottle, lunch & recess.
Drop-off/pickup? Drop-off and pickup timing vary slightly depending on locations. Parents are not expected to stay. Parents are invited to visit 30 minutes before finishing to check out the learning journey for each day.
What do students learn? Although the content of each day/location may be different, we always follow the same structure. Project 1<>recess<>Project 2<>lunch<>Project 3. Projects will be Lego engineering, programming robots, electronics circuits or other STEM related activities. We will tailor projects depending on the age and abilities of the attendees.
Who are the educators? The educators are future teachers/engineers and ex teachers/engineers. Everyone has their working with children. All educators are passionate about helping students learn & love STEM.
